Provided Senior Project Management leadership for a Tier 1 mining corporation’s large-scale mining equipment build operation, overseeing a team of 8 Project Managers and more than 200 supporting personnel. Provided strategic direction, operational guidance and process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery practices across the business. Key achievements included the successful management and delivery of a major contract for the manufacture and commissioning of nine Cat 793C haul trucks, achieving HSEQ, budget and schedule targets.
